Survivors is a British post-apocalyptic TV show about the survivors of an accidentally released plague that kills nearly everyone on the planet. The show ran for three seasons, from April 1975 to June 1977, with 38 episodes in all.

The show was re-invented in 2008, with a remake loosely based on the novel Terry Nation wrote following the screening of the first season of the original series. Two short series of just six episodes each were aired between November 2008 and February 2010 and, although the second series ended with a cliff-hanger, largely due to poor viewing figures the show was cancelled.
